1) Our support starts from first customer’s steps on field of BRUKER spectroscopy. We help to choose the best solution for given application comprising suitable instrument specification and appropriate accessories.
2) Application support is there to create a strong background for users in process of implementing instruments into practice and also to help to solve issues in next phase of instrument usage – regular operation. We offer post-installation training (hardware and software) and additional training on special request as well.
3) We are also supporting our customers by means of reliable and responsible technical service benefitting from many years of experience.
